Customer Reviews
Consistent quality for Fotobücher
This isn't my first time ordering from Kartenmacherei. I've bought Fotobücher from them before, and this recent one was just as good. The photo quality was consistent with my previous orders, and the binding holds up well. I like that I know what to expect. Shipping always takes around a week to ten days, which is standard for them. I keep coming back because I know the products will be good, and the process is reliable. It's a dependable site for photo products.
Decent Weihnachtskarten, minor issue
I ordered Weihnachtskarten for the holidays. The customization options were good, and the final print quality was mostly very nice. The paper stock was a good weight, and the colors were vibrant. However, one corner on about 5 of the cards was slightly bent, like they shifted during packaging. It wasn't a huge deal for us, but it was noticeable. Delivery was on time, about a week total. Customer service wasn't needed for this order, but the website was easy enough to navigate. Overall, a solid experience, but they could improve on packaging delicate items.
Loved my new Fotokalender!
My new Fotokalender arrived and it's perfect! The photos look so clear and bright, it really makes my desk pop. The calendar pages are easy to read and the paper feels so sturdy. I'm so happy with it! It arrived quicker than I thought too. Definitely buying another one next year!
Hochzeitskarten and service
I ordered our Hochzeitskarten here last month. The design tool was pretty straightforward to use, I liked being able to upload our own photos easily. It took about 4 days for the cards to ship out, then another 3 days for them to reach us in Texas, which felt reasonable. The print quality on the cards was sharp, colors came out just as they looked on my screen, and the paper stock felt really nice, not flimsy at all. I had a question about envelope sizes before I ordered, and their customer support responded to my email within a few hours. They confirmed which envelopes fit our chosen card size perfectly. Overall, I was quite happy with how everything turned out and the whole process was smooth.
Value for money on Einladungskarten
I needed some Einladungskarten and was looking for the best price. I signed up for their newsletter and got a 10% new customer discount, which was a good saving. The total cost was quite competitive, especially for the quality of the cards. They felt premium, not cheap at all. Shipping was standard, about 6 days. For the price I paid, I felt like I got a really good deal. It was worth the purchase and I'd check them out again for value.
